Organizations are living creatures, which are difficult to fully understand. But this is what you always need in any given period, either in prosperity or economic downturn. When I have started to cooperate with Adrian we had a certain chemistry and understanding from the first moment, but every time we met, he made me nervous and angry – because he was usually right.
During the deepest days of the crisis, when we were re-positioning ourselves and having in mind the after-crisis times, I was absolutely not sure what we should do, but I exactly knew we had to change, so we have started the process.
As we were progressing and more and more colleagues understood the importance of transformation, the path gradually became crystal clear, and the tools and actions became obvious. Now we are living in a transformed, changing and adopting organization, which speed is in the highest gear now.
I wouldn’t offer Adrian to anybody, who is not brave or prepared to look in the mirror, who is not really prepared for a hard, painful and ‘challenging’ transformation process. But I would offer him to those, who really think it seriously, are prepared to invest in it, and want a real consultant and friend on board.
